Fabulous Biscotti
Every one of Buffalo Gals Biscotti is based on a very, very old recipe that was handed down to me. Ours is a lighter and softer Biscotti. It is terrific to eat alone. Biscotti are traditionally served with coffee (including cappuccino & lattes) and tea and wines. They are also great with soups and gravies too!
Both our Lemon and Granola Biscotti's were recently featured in the VIP Room at a Black-Eyed-Peas concert.
